The Lenovo K5 Note is the bigger screen version of the Lenovo K5 series. While some of the styling cues of the phone remain similar to the K5 series, the bigger size along with a bigger battery, better resolution and slightly better specs distinguish this phone from its brethren. As mentioned before, the K5 Note gets a bigger 5.5 inch screen as compared to the 5 inch screen on the K5 series. At the back panel, the phone gets a fingerprint sensor nestled within its sleek metal unibody construction. The phone also gets a single speaker grille at the bottom of the back panel. The K5 note measures 152.00 x 75.70 x 8.49 (height x width x thickness) and weighs 152.00 grams.
The sleek edges of the phone are properly rounded, and overall it looks more premium than the rest of the K5 series. Its nice looks are one of the reasons why the K5 note has been so successful a product.
The Lenovo K5 Note gets a 1.8GHz octa-core MediaTek Helio P10 processor with 2GB of RAM. The phone gets 16GB of internal memory expandable to 128GB via a microSD card. Rear shooter on the phone is a 13-megapixel unit while the front camera comprises an 8-megapixel setup. The phone is powered by a 3500 mAh non-removable battery.
Screen size is 5.5 inch and the phone gets a full HD 1080P display. The K5 Note also gets dual nano SIM capability and a fingerprint sensor. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, NFC, USB OTG, FM, 3G and 4G. Sensors on the phone include Compass Magnetometer, Proximity sensor, Accelerometer, Ambient light sensor and Gyroscope.
The Lenovo K5 Note runs Android 5.1 Lollipop out of the box with the Vibe UI on top.
